How do I know when a lobster tail is fully cooked?
A lobster tail is fully cooked when the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque. You can also use a meat thermometer to ensure the lobster is
cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F. Can I eat the lobster tail raw? It is not recommended to eat lobster tail raw. Lobster should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F to ensure it is safe to eat.
